At A Apples ~N~ Wine, we are dedicated to ensuring you will enjoy your stay with us while visiting the Okanagan Valley. We ask that you take a moment to read the following so that you will be comfortable during your stay.

SMOKING POLICY:
We provide a smoke free home to our guests. Smoking is permitted outdoors and ashtrays are provided on your  balcony/ veranda.

CHILDREN:
A Apples ~N~ Wine is an adult oriented B&B. Children 13 years & older are welcome. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the Hot tub unless accompanied by a parent.

GUESTS VISITORS:
For your security and that of other registered guests, unregistered visitors are not permitted in our home without our prior approval.

PETS:
Our resident cocka-poo, Keasha is very friendly & loves attention from people but she doesn’t like to share her space with other pets.

RESERVATIONS:
To process your reservation we need your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number. We also require your credit card number and expiry date. In order to prepare for your visit, we may ask about other personal needs and preferences.

In order to guarantee your reservation, a one night deposit will be processed using the credit card information. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

MINIMUM STAY:
Minimum 2 nights stay required for weekends and may apply in peak season.
Minimum 4 nights stay required for Ironman Canada week.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We ask that you kindly notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation so we can rebook the Suite.
Cancellations affect our business greatly as we are a small business with individually unique Suites, and we depend on our advance reservations for continued, successful operation.

The one night reservation deposit is refundable minus $25.00 fee with a minimum 14 days notice.
If less than 14 days notice, it is 50% refundable.
The deposit is not refundable for a no-show or for cancellations made on the reservation arrival date.

Should you have to check out before your confirmed departure date we will try to rebook the Suite but if we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

IRONMAN CANADA WEEK
For bookings during Ironman Canada Week at end August, a deposit of 50% of your booking is required.
Deposit is refundable minus $25.00 fee with minimum 30 days notice.
If less than a 30 days notice, it is 50% refundable.
The deposit is not refundable for a no-show or for cancellations made on the reservation arrival date.

There will be a $40.00 key fee charged to the credit card used to make the reservation if you fail to return or lose your room key.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We understand that no matter how carefully you plan your trips, changes sometimes happen. Therefore, trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We collect only the information required to provide you with a pleasant stay at A Apples ~N~ Wine Bed & Breakfast.
We do not provide your name or other personal information to anyone else without your permission.
Information is retained on file in conformance with the Hotel Guest Registration Act and with requirements of our credit card processing company.
