CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is refundable minus $25.00 fee per reserved Suite with a minimum 14 days notice.
If less than 14 days notice, it is 50% refundable.
The deposit is not refundable for a no-show or for cancellations made on the reservation arrival date.

IRONMAN CANADA WEEK

For bookings for Ironman Canada at end August, a 50% deposit is required.
The deposit is refundable minus $25.00 fee per reserved Suite with a minimum 30 days notice.
If less than 30 days notice, it is 50% refundable.
The deposit is not refundable for a no-show or for cancellations made on the reservation arrival date.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We understand that no matter how carefully you plan your trips, changes sometimes happen. Therefore, trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
